Downline Fading Fast? Recharge Your Network Marketing Sales

Here’s something I used to find really discouraging about network marketing sales—no matter how good a job I did attracting a downline, not all of them stuck around. That’s still true today, by the way.

Some people, no matter how many times you tell them otherwise, think that network marketing is some kind of get-rich-quick scheme. These people will fade away quickly. Others have the usual kinds of things happen to them; marriages, new kids, divorces.

And a few just won’t be cut out for network marketing no matter how great a leader you are.

Please take a moment and re-read that sentence. To give you some context, just a few paragraphs ago I told you that I still lose people from my network marketing downline. I’m one of the top people with this business—someone who has made a fortune in the industry, in fact! And I still lose downline members!

However, what is also true is that a shrinking downline has a negative affect on your network marketing sales and, hence, on your bottom line. But don’t worry. Because what I didn’t tell you is that even with those losses I have a huge team—more than 50,000 people in several countries!

Now, before you become overwhelmed, remember that I’ve been in your shoes. I’ve struggled to make network marketing work for me, too, and it hasn’t always been easy. But I have confidence that if you put in the effort, you can be one of the winners.

So how can you recharge your downline and, thus, your sales? Better yet, how can you make sure your downline and your sales are like energy-generating machines?

Here are some of the strategies I’ve used:

  • In network marketing you absolutely cannot rest on your laurels! If you’ve seen early success but your downline and sales are falling off, you first need to ask what you could be doing differently. Have you continued to grow in the business—are you constantly learning new things so you can bring value to your downline? Are you developing your own leadership skills even as you mentor others in leadership? If you let yourself get stale, your downline and your sales will suffer!
  • Are you learning from the best in the business so you can pass on what they have to offer? Because you’ve been doing network marketing for a while is no reason to stop tapping into the wisdom of people who are enjoying more success than you are now.
  • Finally, remember that you need to keep your website and the articles you put on the Web fresh and interesting—that means you need to put together new content on a regular basis. You can’t attract new people with old content!

Now, obviously I’m just giving you the bare bones of what it takes to keep your current downline, recruit more members, and, thus, increase your network marketing sales. But these are some good first places to start. If you want more, always feel free to stop by my website at: www.sponsoringsuperhighway.com to learn more. I can’t wait to help you!
