Now, what did you see in the mirror? And I’m not talking about your hairline or whether or not your collar is straight.
Did you see the leader inside you? Because that leader is there, and that leader is the key to your success in network marketing.
Before you freak out and tell me that you could never be such a thing, let me tell you something: leadership is a learned skill. I was a violin prodigy, but with all my talent how did I become a skilled violinist? I took lessons and I practiced, hard, every single day.
And you know what? Even people you would call natural-born leaders have to do the same thing if they’re ever going to become great leaders.
So don’t tell me you’re out of your league. I won’t believe you!
But how do you let your inner leader out so you can lead your network marketing business to success? I strongly suggest you do what I did—learn from a network marketing leader.
You need to watch and imitate other network marketing leaders. Yes, it’s that simple. With that plus common sense, you can learn how to be a network marketing leader yourself.
Now, of course I’m not saying you’re going to start dressing like your network marketing leader or imitating his or her accent. What you are going to do is listen to everything she has to say, and watch and repeat everything she does.
Remember—successful techniques can be duplicated! They’re rather like science experiments that way.
So if you want to be a true network marketing success, start taking leadership lessons by emulating the network marketing leaders you admire today. You’ll not only be a better marketer, but a better person, as a result. Good luck!
